Mobile basics
Urlala on mobile lets you save links while you are on the go, organize them into folders, and find them again when you need them. This guide covers the mobile features you will use most often.
1. Save a link
- Copy the address of the web page you want to save.
- Open the folder where you want to save the link, then tap its URL input and paste the address.
- Tap the + button beside the input to save the link.
The saved link is added to the folder you are currently viewing. Tap the link to open its web page.
When you copy a URL from another app, return to Urlala and paste it into the input to save it quickly.
2. Organize links into folders
Create folders by topic or purpose before your collection grows too large. This makes your links easier to find again.
- Tap New folder above the link list.
- Enter a folder name that is easy to recognize.
- Choose a color, then create the folder.
Tap a folder to open it. Use the back button at the top to return to the previous folder.
3. Manage links and folders
Open the three-dot menu on a link or folder to manage the saved item.
- Settings: Edit saved information such as the name or memo.
- Copy URL: Copy the saved link address.
- Move: Move a link or folder into another folder.
- Share: Create a link that lets other people view a folder.
- Delete: Delete an item you no longer need.
4. Find frequently used items again
The home page shows Frequently opened folders and Recently opened links. Use these sections to jump quickly to items you use often.
When your collection grows, use Search from the menu. Enter part of a name, URL, or memo to find the link you need.
5. Continue on multiple devices
When you sign in, your links and folders are stored in your account. Sign in with the same account to continue managing them across mobile and desktop.
Try saving a web page you check often and creating a folder for related links.
