These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Urlala, a service that helps users save, organize, search, and manage URLs and related information. By accessing or using Urlala, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use Urlala only if you can form a legally binding agreement under applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs through your account. Urlala is intended for personal URL collection, organization, and discovery. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, upload malicious code, scrape or overload the service, or use Urlala for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.

You remain responsible for URLs, titles, descriptions, folders, notes, feedback, and any other content you submit, save, or manage through Urlala ("User Content"). You represent that you have the rights needed to provide your User Content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

You grant Urlala a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, display, and otherwise use your User Content only as necessary to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the service.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

Urlala may allow you to save or access links to third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, websites, services, policies, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Urlala, you acknowledge that we may process personal information as described there and as permitted by applicable law.

7. Service Changes and Availability

We do not guarantee that saved URLs, metadata, search results, recommendations, or third-party content will be accurate, complete, current, or available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Urlala will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service or another appropriate method. Your continued use of Urlala after the updated Terms become effective means you agree to the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Urlala will be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
